Mind in Taunton & West Somerset are one of the lead participants in the C4C Campaign for Change. This is an alliance of local mental health voluntary organisations, allies, carers and service users who have experienced mental health services in Somerset.

C4C has three main aims: the creation of a joined up mental health strategy for the whole of Somerset, clear and transparent commissioning of all mental health services in Somerset and clarity in the process of involvement and specific mechanisms for it to happen for the voluntary and independent sector and especially for service users and carers.
