Ecotherapy is about getting out into the natural environment, doing something physical and so feel better about life. Research, and our experience, has shown that this is a powerful way to lift mood and feel more positive. Participants not only experience an improvement in their wellbeing but also report an increase in confidence.
|
Ecotherapy participants have made the following comments;
- "I loved it" it was " the highlight of the week"
- "it was excellent with wonderful inspiring people"
- "I've got a lot out of the group. I am a lot more confident now."
- "I enjoyed being in a group, everyone was nice and I got a lot from the social aspect of being in a group."
